Calendar Rollers

Calendar rollers, also known as an electrode press, laminator or hot press rollers.  Available with adjustable heating, pressure from hydraulic or pneumatic cylinders and variable speed. Various sizes and configurations possible, call to discuss your needs.

Our rollers are made from hardened A2 tool steel and are Electro-less Nickel Hard Plated to stand up to the demands of electrode preparation. Although this process is more expensive than regular steel, coated with hard chrome, it is much more durable, resistant to chemicals and won’t dimple like cheaper rollers.
